Southgate Cardiganshire/Ceredigion So, I guess I should start by introducing Myself. My name is Kieran. I have run a home technology installation business since 2007. I have been there seen it all and I have a few T-shirts in my collection. As well as a few horror stories to go with them.
I had the idea of Architech a number of years ago. Having nearly 2 decades in the home technology sector, holding a wide range of expertise; In 2021 I decided to Get Architect going after speaking to a close person in the industry.
In truth, having been so immersed within the industry I witnessed what I believed to be a big gap in the market for a home technology consultancy company that not only has years of experience but also can be impartial on Equipment and suppliers as we don’t sell equipment. Although we will help with procurement
Essentially working for you the client, not trying to sell equipment to please a manufacturer or distributor. This is something that most home technology installers do to try and achieve status or a gold or silver badge to prove they can sell the most Equipment, in fact, all they are doing is filling your home with either the most profitable equipment, or from a single manufacturer because that is what they have been led to do over a period of years by the manufactures on the promise of glory.
My aim is and was before I started Architech and that was to truly service clients with a genuinely personal approach and listen to what they actually want and then design the best system for them, not for me or anyone else.
Our services are by no means the cheapest on the market, but we believe they are when the value for money is considered. I have a passion for creating beautiful Luxury homes with the right technology and in doing so we take the time to understand the needs and wants of our clients, but we also dig a little deeper to see how they will utilise the space. That is so important.
We’re very aware that home is where the heart is and for that reason there is a big responsibility on our shoulders to create perfect spaces that will play such a huge role in people’s lives.
It’s a responsibility we love and take great pride in. That’s why we only use recommended best materials and brands to ensure that the only thing our client has to think about is the countdown to moving in day. So whether it’s a brand new build, a complete refurbishment of your existing property – whatever the project, we’ll manage everything to give you complete peace of mind.

Newbuild Project with amazing end result!
Kieran did a great job with the lighting in our home build. He came up with a lovely design for all of the home technology and and put us in touch with a company for all the lighting fixtures so that everything was ready to go for the electrician, we even got trade pricing on the light fittings from him. We're very pleased with the result and with the value that Kieran added to the project. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
